Position: Greystar Maintenance Technician Position
Become an essential part of Greystar's team as a Maintenance Technician. This role involves technical work ensuring the buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and functional, with weekend availability required.

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician with 1-2 years of property maintenance experience and HVAC/EPA certification preferred. Responsibilities include handling work orders, preparing vacant apartments for leasing, maintaining grounds, and supporting cost-saving programs. The role requires a driven individual committed to quality and efficiency in maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete service work orders from resident requests

• Prepare vacant apartments for new leases

• Maintain grounds and common areas

• Document service requests accurately and timely

• Assist in inventory management and material tracking

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience

• HVAC/EPA certification preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call

• Multi-Family housing experience required

• Physical ability to handle up to 50 pounds
