About

The Role
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Multi-Property) based at Aiden Mississauga to oversee maintenance operations across all three hotel locations. This is a hands‑on role responsible for ensuring all properties are maintained to high safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance across 3 hotel properties

Perform and supervise general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

Conduct regular property inspections

Respond to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies

Coordinate external contractors and service providers

Manage preventive maintenance schedules

Ensure safety and building code compliance

Maintain maintenance records and supplies

Requirements

Experience in hotel or building maintenance

Knowledge of general repair systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

Ability to manage multiple locations

Strong problem‑solving skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites

Previous supervisory experience is an asset
