About the Role  We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services while ensuring every client receives exceptional service and a spotless environment.
Whether you have previous professional cleaning experience or are looking to start a rewarding career in the cleaning industry, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities   Perform routine, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning services as assigned.
Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and other commercial or residential spaces.
Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, wipe surfaces, empty trash, and disinfect high-touch areas.
Restock supplies when required and maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
Follow company cleaning procedures, health and safety standards, and quality expectations.
Arrive at scheduled appointments on time and complete assignments efficiently.
Treat clients' homes, businesses, and personal belongings with professionalism, care, and confidentiality.
Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications   Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Legally authorized to work in the applicable country.
Requirements   Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, carrying, pushing, and reaching throughout the workday.
Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs (11-23 kg) when necessary.
Smartphone with internet access for scheduling and communication.
Ability to successfully complete a background check.
Reliable transportation is considered an asset, depending on assigned job locations.
Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, if required.
