You will report to the Senior Supervisor and play a key role in reviewing work requests and improving asset management. This position emphasizes on-time task completion and effective communication with site operations, making your contributions vital to the success of maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily PM work forecasting and load balancing

• Manage documentation for audits ensuring compliance

• Evaluate job plans to ensure clarity and effectiveness

• Balance resource needs with site technicians and contractors

• Communicate consistently with maintenance leadership

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling

• Education in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical fields

• Advanced knowledge of CMMS systems

• Excellent organization and communication skills

• Ability to handle multifaceted tasks effectively
