Facilities Supervisor

Join Kruger Products as a detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor in Mississauga, ON, focusing on maintenance and operations management. Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems efficiently.

In this role, you will report to the Project Superintendent and lead a small team while coordinating with external vendors. Your responsibilities include managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and responding to emergencies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise utilities staff and external service providers

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs

• Oversee building security and emergency preparedness

• Coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and planning

• Maintain accurate inspection records and logs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or trade certification required

• Relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proven experience with safety regulations and project scheduling

• Familiarity with MS Office and CMMS software required

• Leadership experience is an asset
