This full-time position offers the chance to work alongside the Senior Facility Manager in upkeep of amenities such as dining spaces and locker rooms. Your responsibilities include performing various repairs, conducting inspections, and coordinating with cleaners for special events. Effective communication will be key as you address maintenance needs promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair work

• Keep detailed logs for maintenance tasks and systems

• Report issues to management swiftly

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Work collaboratively with other departments as needed

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in building maintenance

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry

• Current driver’s license and capability to lift heavy objects

• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
