Position: Maintenance Supervisor at Johnson Electric

In the role of Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the allocation of maintenance resources, ensuring all personnel are well-trained. Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate maintenance resources across all shifts

• Train and qualify maintenance personnel for production

• Review performance metrics and implement improvements

• Manage work order and CMMS systems

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment

• Skilled Trades certification such as Electrician or Machinist

• Proficiency with maintenance planning using CMMS

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
