As a cleaner and yard maintenance worker, you will ensure that common areas at Doreen's Place are clean and free of obstructions, following OHS guidelines. Cleaning tasks will include managing the cleanliness of stairwells and preparing units for new residents upon vacancy. You will also engage in general yard work, including snow removal, and complete additional cleaning tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly clean common areas including stairs and halls

• Adhere to OHS guidelines to keep areas obstruction-free

• Provide thorough cleaning of newly vacated units

• Engage in minor maintenance duties when needed

• Perform yard duties such as snow clearing

Requirements:

• Experience in cleaning or maintenance roles

• Knowledge of OHS safety standards

• Strong attention to detail in cleaning duties

• Ability to perform additional tasks as required
