Toronto Airport Cleaning Supervisor

Lead daily cleaning operations at Terminal 1 of Toronto Pearson International Airport. As a Cleaning Supervisor, ensure a safe and pristine environment for passengers and staff.

At Dexterra Group, we are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor with at least two years of supervisory experience in a large facility. You will manage cleaning staff while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. This role requires flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts, and a clear criminal background check is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaning staff and assign duties promptly

• Ensure all equipment is accounted for at shift end

• Promote health and safety awareness within the team

• Maintain records and submit reports on operations

• Conduct training and monitor staff cleaning procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of cleaning and supervisory experience

• Experience in a unionized environment

• Ability to use IOS technology platforms

• Strong customer service focus

• Basic office skills including email and Excel
