Verve Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for the routine upkeep and repair tasks essential to our residences. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Assist with maintaining facility furnishings and equipment

• Ensure the grounds are well-kept, including seasonal tasks

• Prepare suites for incoming residents with repairs

• Document and ensure compliance with safety drills and protocols

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 education; related training preferred

• A minimum of two years of maintenance experience

• Proven communication skills in English
