Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks daily
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Liaise with Capital Projects for maintenance efficiency
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant maintenance experience
• Proficient with building systems and tools
• Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach
• Valid driver’s license required for travel
