Position: QuadReal Property Group Building Operator
Become a vital part of Quad Real Property Group as a Building Operator focusing on safe and effective building management. This role is based in Vancouver and includes on-call duties across multiple properties.

The Building Operator role specializes in providing maintenance and emergency response services, ensuring operational efficiency in the company’s property portfolio. Key responsibilities include overseeing HVAC and safety systems, coordinating repairs, and maintaining tenant relationships. Collaboration with various service contractors is also essential for success in this mobile position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure prompt response to tenant service requests

• Coordinate repairs with pre-approved vendors

• Monitor computerized building control systems

• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC and safety equipment

• Participate in waste and recycling management

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in building operations or maintenance

• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and procedures

• Strong understanding of how to read building drawings

• Valid G driver's license and strong organizational skills

• Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
