Your role will significantly impact the efficiency of the Distribution Center.
In this leadership role, you will supervise Maintenance Associates and Helpers, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Focus on coaching staff, promoting future leaders, and maintaining a clean operational environment. Your strong leadership skills will directly influence workplace morale and team success while adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct maintenance workflows and task allocation
• Conduct repairs on conveyor and handling equipment
• Schedule and manage preventative maintenance tasks
• Promote a culture of safety and good housekeeping
• Generate maintenance reports from MP-2 software
Requirements:
• Industrial maintenance or skilled trades certification required
• 5 years of relevant maintenance experience required
• Proficiency in 5S principles required
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers a plus
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
