Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise assembly and operation of automated production systems

• Promote and uphold safety procedures across the team

• Analyze and address equipment performance issues

• Lead preventive maintenance and equipment calibration tasks

• Train team members on troubleshooting and standard procedures

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a maintenance supervisory position

• Proficient in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Familiarity with automation and CMMS tools

• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics

• Preferred technical education in maintenance or engineering
