Supervisor of Maintenance Operations

Oversee maintenance operations at AEO as a Maintenance Supervisor, emphasizing team training and preventative maintenance strategies. This position requires strong leadership and safety standards.

Reporting to the Facilities/Maintenance Manager, you will supervise Maintenance Associates and Helpers while coordinating essential tasks in the Distribution Center.

Your role is key in maintaining high standards for safety and performance, guiding your team to success through training and empowering feedback. Ensuring effective communication across departments will enhance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance team and daily task management

• Train associates on maintenance procedures and safety

• Organize parts ordering and equipment inventory

• Maintain adherence to environmental safety standards

• Implement preventative maintenance protocols effectively

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of maintenance work experience

• Up to 2 years of leadership experience required

• Industrial maintenance mechanics certification necessary

• Knowledge of ARC Flash procedures and 5S

• Proficient in using MP-2 and Office Suite apps
