You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Technical Services, to uphold the performance and safety of Allied’s properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Address tenant requests and maintain clear communication

• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections

• Guide contractors to meet Allied's maintenance standards

• Assist with seasonal property upkeep tasks

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in maintenance or similar roles

• Familiarity with local building regulations and codes

• Excellent problem-solving and accountability skills

• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work at heights

• Relevant certifications are a beneficial asset
