As a part-time Heavy Duty Cleaner at First Service Residential, you will guarantee the cleanliness of premises every Saturday and Sunday, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Key tasks involve cleaning restrooms, floors, and windows, as well as gathering waste and observing any repair needs. This position is essential for guest satisfaction and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service restrooms consistently

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and stairways

• Gather and dispose of rubbish effectively

• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures

• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies

Requirements:

• Knowledge of janitorial methods and tools

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more

• Familiarity with safety rules and regulations
