Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems as a Building Superintendent responsible for daily building operations and maintenance. Maintain safe, efficient, and functional facilities through proactive technical oversight.
This Building Superintendent role requires facilities management and maintenance experience. You will lead teams, coordinate with residents, tenants, property managers, contractors, vendors, and emergency responders. The work includes preventive maintenance, inspections, reporting, safety documentation, and troubleshooting high- and low-voltage systems.

- Extensive HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge
- Experience with maintenance tracking and inspection software
- Eligibility to work in Canada
