Commercial floor care and detailed cleaning define this full time, second shift position with C&W Services. Use professional equipment across interior spaces.
As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, you will work under a Custodial Manager or Supervisor. Duties follow C&W Services standards, instructions, and procedures. The work includes floor care, restroom service, surface cleaning, waste handling, and entrance maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Sweep, mop, wash, scrub, and polish interior floors
- Operate commercial buffers, shampoo machines, and attachments
- Vacuum, spot clean, and shampoo rugs when directed
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily
- Collect trash, replace liners, and report defects
- No previous experience required for basic cleaning responsibilities
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to function cooperatively as part of a team
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
- Attention to detail, organization, energy, and endurance
