Light Duty Cleaner Custodial Services

Keep designated building areas clean through vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washroom fixture care as a Light Duty Cleaner. Use cleaning equipment and maintain common areas consistently.

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will perform general custodial requirements and related assigned duties. Your work includes sweeping, spot cleaning, emptying waste receptacles, and restocking dispensers. You will also complete equipment checks while following health and safety procedures and policies.

• Clean designated building areas and common areas
• Vacuum carpets and use various cleaning equipment
• Sweep and mop floors throughout assigned areas
• Restock soap, towels, toilet tissue, and sanitary napkins
• Complete periodic equipment checks and follow safety policies

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Use cleaning equipment, including I-mop and vacuum
• Remain reliable, motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to assist
• Be physically able to carry out position duties
