Director Revenue Management

Position: Director Revenue Growth Management Role
Lead impactful pricing and promotion strategies at Maple Leaf Foods as the Director of Revenue Growth Management. This central role aims to drive sustainable growth in our Prepared Meats and Poultry divisions from our Canadian headquarters.

As the Director of RGM, you will develop and execute pricing strategies to manage inflation while optimizing promotional investments. This position is perfect for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading successful teams and influencing cross-functional partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create pricing strategies to address inflation challenges

• Facilitate monthly Revenue Council meetings for pricing actions

• Leverage data insights for pricing and promotional effectiveness

• Track and report on KPIs related to pricing strategies

• Build and mentor a high-performing RGM team

Requirements:

• Significant experience in Revenue Growth Management or Pricing

• Strong analytical and commercial judgment skills

• Proven ability to communicate and influence at the executive level

• Experience in a CPG environment is essential

• Degree in Business or related discipline, MBA preferred
