Position: Vice President for Client Success Strategy
Shape the future of client success as Vice President at People Corporation, located in Mississauga, Toronto, or Winnipeg. In this hybrid role, you will focus on client retention and satisfaction enhancement.

Bringing over 15 years of leadership in Benefits Administration or related fields, you will develop and implement enterprise-wide strategies to ensure exceptional client experiences. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you’ll serve as the key escalation point for complex matters while championing service excellence.

• Drive service delivery excellence and client retention

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in client success or related fields

• Proven track record in managing complex portfolios

• Deep understanding of client growth strategies

• Strong relationship-building skills

• Fluency in English;
French is a plus
