Become a Program Supervisor at Indwell's new Streetsville Program in Mississauga. This full-time role provides vital support and leadership to enhance the lives of residents.
In this engaging position, you will oversee a supportive living program, mentoring a diverse team while ensuring comprehensive resident care. Report directly to the Program Manager and implement effective strategies for program rollout, which opens in August 2024. Your leadership will help create an inclusive atmosphere that fosters dignity, love, and hope.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor interdisciplinary program staff
• Foster healthy dynamics and team culture
• Conduct regular performance evaluations
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and training
• Engage in ongoing program evaluation and improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in social work or similar field
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of mental health and addictions beneficial
• First Aid & CPR Certification required
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
