Vice President Operations Client Success

Lead client success operations at Benefit Solutions, using operational strategy and performance management to strengthen service delivery across Canada.
As Vice President, Operations, you will guide daily performance across benefits administration, claims administration, customer service, and related functions. You will partner with Technology, Product, Client Success, and business leaders. The mandate includes improving efficiency, quality, consistency, and client outcomes across Benefit Solutions’ growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop operational strategies supporting business objectives and sustainable growth
Lead performance across benefits and claims administration functions
Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting for accountability
Standardize processes, controls, and performance expectations
Build and develop a high-performing operations organization
Requirements:
15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience
Benefits administration, group insurance, TPA, or similar experience
Complex operational teams and service delivery leadership
Technology and data experience improving business outcomes
Strategic, collaborative, accountable, and execution-focused leadership
