At Cencora, the Associate Program Manager maintains territory caseworker assignments and assigned projects. The position monitors protocols, documentation, databases, calls, client communications, and reporting. It also supports consultations, training, hiring, process improvements, and manager coverage.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain territory caseworker assignments and assigned projects
- Monitor protocol adherence, case files, databases, and calls
- Participate in client consultations and working sessions
- Identify training needs and lead refresher training
- Report adverse events to assigned units and departments
- Post-secondary education or related equivalent
- Minimum three years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar industries
- Advanced pharmaceutical distribution industry knowledge
- Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, and Power Point
