As a Bulk File & Manual Statements Insertion Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and secure assembly of client statements across both automated and manual processes. This role is central to supporting high‑volume production environments where precision, organization, and adherence to service-level commitments are essential.

About The Role:

Prepare, sort, and organize bulk print files for manual or automated insertion.
Assemble statements/packages including gathering required OME’s, marketing material, specialty inserts, and special handling instructions.
Perform quality control checks such as page flipping/fanning and barcode/address field verification.
Execute reconciliation of completed statements/packages ensuring all pieces are balanced.
Manage volume capture and job tracking, including documenting start/end times and regional counts.
Use scanners or related equipment to log and track jobs according to production guidelines.
Support bulk file handling activities, including verifying file completeness, preparing print streams, and escalating anomalies.
Maintain adherence to production SLAs, accuracy standards, and safety protocols.
What You Need to Succeed  Education  High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience   1–2 years of experience in a production, print, mailroom, or operations environment (asset but not required).
Experience working with high volume or time sensitive operational workflows is an advantage.
Skill requirements   Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (scanning systems, job tracking tools, MS Office).
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, structured environment with repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and handle physical aspects of statement assembly.
