Arise Talent Hub, on behalf of our valued client, is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer/Operator to join a reputable cabinetry and millwork manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically proficient individual to contribute to the precision production of custom cabinetry components using cutting-edge CNC technology.
Position OverviewThe CNC Programmer/Operator will be responsible for programming and operating a Biesse Skill 1536GT CNC machine using Biesse Works, ensuring accurate production of wood components. This role requires expertise in CAD/CAM software, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of cabinetmaking processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram and operate the Biesse Skill 1536GT CNC machine using Biesse Works software
Load, unload, and manage CNC machine operations with minimal supervision
Organize and prepare accurately cut components for carpentry and assembly
Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications
Maintain detailed production records and ensure quality control
Collaborate with carpenters and production staff to meet timelines and standards
Conduct minor maintenance and troubleshooting of the CNC machine as needed
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator (required)
Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, and AutoCAD (minimum 3 years each – required)
Prior experience in cabinetry or millwork production (minimum 3 years – required)
Strong knowledge of CNC operations and programming for wood-based fabrication
Ability to work independently and efficiently under production deadlines
Keen attention to detail with a commitment to precision and quality
Strong organizational and time management skills
