We are seeking a highly skilled Production Head to manage and lead production operations across various functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving operational targets, optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

• Lead, plan, and manage all production activities to meet quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, procurement, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor production schedules, workforce allocation, and inventory levels to maximize efficiency.

• Implement and maintain safety and compliance procedures in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.

• Manage reporting, performance tracking, and communication between production teams and management.

• Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Production Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience in production management in manufacturing, logistics, food processing, construction, or related industries.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of production planning, resource management, and quality control principles.

• Proficiency with production or project management tools/software is an asset.
