Account Support Rep

This position is handling bindery & print. The position requires a lot of lifting and moving paper boxes and envelopes and the individual needs to be able to adapt to a face pace environment which requires a lot of walking and standing. This role requires the individual to be able to stand for long periods of time. The primary responsibility would be bindery and print, which includes operating equipment such as digital production printers, hydraulic cutter, perfect binding machine, coil binding, folding, kitting.

We have a strong back-fill cross training strategy in place that requires everyone to train on all tasks. Previous experience would be an asset but the willingness to learn the business is important.

AFTERNOON SHIFT - Monday to Friday 2pm to 10 pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to all Client Associate positions to facilitate client deliverables

• Provides backup and peak workload support

• Establishes support coverage schedules with Operations Managers and Site Leads

• Supports training of new employees, as required

• Communicates to Site Lead and Manager all process opportunities identified during support period

• Provides operational support for print, mail, courier, bindery and operations.

• Ability and willingness to learn and develop

• Flexibility to adapt to various client environments in an organized and professional manner

• Ability to work in a team environment or single person environment with minimal supervision

• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

SKILLS:

• Ability to resolve and escalate issues

• Excellent verbal and written communications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Computer skills

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

EXPERIENCE:

6 months to 1 year experience delivering customer service and proven experience in Services Delivery positions.

EDUCATION:

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
