Position: Field Technician – Ontario- Days- $40/hr
FIELD TECHNICIAN
Day Shift- $40/hr to start

  • Role & Responsibilities As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for on-site installation and support of fleet management systems.
    Key responsibilities include:
  • On-site system installation on:
    Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Vehicles Heavy and industrial equipment
  • Working in environments such as:
    Airports Seaports Industrial sites
  • Performing technical tasks including:
    Cable pulling Drilling and screwing Mechanical disassembly of industrial machines
  • Collaborating with US and European teams, including:
    Sales Product Engineering Technical Support
  • Skills & Experience Required
  • Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and schematics
  • Proficiency with electrical measuring devices (e.g., multimeter)
  • Basic knowledge of electronics
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable using computers and common tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with customers
  • Ability to work remotely with a European-based company, including managing time zone differences
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in environments such as:
    Logistics Railroads Equipment manufacturing Military or similar technical fields
