Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator (Tajima) for our Mississauga location. The candidate must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience operating Tajima embroidery machines and be available for evening or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Tajima embroidery machines efficiently

• Handle 7 8 clothing pieces at one time on multi-head machines

• Set up embroidery designs, threads, and materials

• Monitor production and ensure high-quality output

• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments

• Maintain cleanliness and workplace safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Tajima machine operating experience

• Experience running multiple garments (7 8 pieces) at once

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work evening/weekend shifts

• Good understanding of fabrics, digitized designs, and embroidery processes
