Production Worker at Tradesman Manufacturing

Become a key part of the Tradesman Manufacturing team as a Production Worker, working 42.5 hours weekly from 7am to 4pm. Contribute efficiently to production duties, assist the Team Leader, and maintain a positive atmosphere in the workplace.

As a Production Worker, you will carry out production tasks while supporting your Production Team Leader.

Your role involves following safety procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring production quotas are met. Familiarity with hand tools and machinery along with a commitment to workplace safety are essential for success in this vital team role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently as directed by your Team Leader

• Maintain equipment by cleaning and reporting malfunctions

• Attend daily team huddles to enhance production practices

• Ensure compliance with all safety rules and protocols

• Keep workstation clean and free of debris

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or similar role preferred

• Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment usage

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks

• Strong communication skills in English required
