Key responsibilities include preparing machine assignments, monitoring production data, and managing inventory supplies. Your precision and commitment to quality will significantly impact our operations, ensuring timely and efficient workflow within the Bindery department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technician assignments for approval

• Work with Lead Hands on draft discrepancies

• Minimize downtime through efficient staging

• Correct and review daily production data

• Support inventory management of materials

Requirements:

• 7+ years of bindery or manufacturing experience

• Strong problem-solving and detailed orientation

• Ability to calculate quickly and accurately

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong teamwork abilities, along with independent work capacity
