Brewery Operations & Quality Leader

Responsibilities   Give input to 3 year supply chain plan in line with the developed production strategy
Define an operational production plan, including one-year objectives and gap to fill, in line with the local and/or regional objectives and Heineken Manufacturing Star
Manage, coordinate and continuous improve all different brewing and packaging-related activities within the brewery in line with applicable quality procedures, TPM and TCO, to assure correct operation and swift resolution of problems that are (in) directly related to the brewing and packaging process
Ensure the execution of quality, and technological controls, including e.g. internal and external audits, in line with relevant procedures and regulations, and manage the implementation of forthcoming corrective actions
