CNC Milling Operator - Glazing Production

Elevate your career in manufacturing as a CNC Milling Operator for Flynn Group’s Glazing Fabrication department in Mississauga. Focused on afternoon shift operations, this role requires expertise with 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.

As part of Flynn Group of Companies, you'll be responsible for the production of unitized curtain walls essential for building projects across North America. Your ability to interpret blueprints and ensure high-quality output will contribute significantly to our success. This role demands mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute machine setups and CNC operations with precision

• Interpret and follow technical drawings accurately

• Maintain quality standards and production timelines

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues

• Carry out any additional duties as required

Requirements:

• Ability to read a Tape Measure to 1/16" or 1 mm

• Previous experience with CNC machinery is favorable

• Familiarity with pneumatic equipment and tools

• Strong focus on detail and quality assurance

• Enthusiastic in developing new skills and handling varied tasks
