In this position, you will read wiring diagrams, assemble fan components carefully, and utilize hand and power tools effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams

• Complete Pre-Assembly Checklists for all components

• Safely handle and operate tools designed for assembly

• Package fans for secure and safe shipment

• Keep the work area organized and clean

Requirements:

• College certificate or diploma preferred

• Strong manual dexterity with good coordination skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks

• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures

• Excellent communication skills in a team setting
