REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third‑party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. We have 16 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by‑products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling‑conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.
This position will be located in Mississauga, Canada.
Responsibilities
Manufacturing Team Member – Aluminum Processing
About The Opportunity
We’re looking for reliable, safety‑focused individuals to join our manufacturing team and support the production of high‑quality aluminum products in our unionized facility. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work with industrial equipment, support daily operations, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. What You’ll Do
Support daily production activities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Work safely around mobile equipment and molten aluminum processes
Operate tools and equipment as required
Contribute to a team‑oriented environment focused on quality and efficiency
What We Offer
Starting wage of $27.00/hour, progressing to $30.00/hour after 3 months

Steady 8‑hour shifts, Monday to Friday, rotating every two weeks through days, afternoons, and nights
Qualifications
What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Fork‑truck experience is an asset
Ability to work rotating shifts
Strong communication skills in English
Awareness and attentiveness to safely navigate an active production floor
