Job Title:

Licensed Millwright (433A)
Client:  Leading Client of MM Management into Automotive Manufacturing

Shift:  Afternoon Shift
Pay:  $40 - $45 per hour (Shift Premium Included)
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment within an automotive manufacturing environment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Repair and replace defective parts, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Install new machinery and equipment according to specifications and blueprints.
Perform welding, fabrication, and machining tasks as required.
Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications:

Valid Ontario Millwright (433A) license is mandatory.
Minimum 1 to 5 year previous experience in a manufacturing industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all employee
Proven experience working as a Millwright in an industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably within the automotive sector.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical manuals.

Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Welding and fabrication skills are an asset.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be available to work the afternoon shift in Mississauga.
