Strong hands-on skills are necessary, as you'll be using various small tools and following standard operating procedures while adhering to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Insert cylinder assemblies into locks efficiently

• Follow all standard operating procedures meticulously

• Conduct inspections for quality and function

• Utilize Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement

• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace according to 5S principles

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Experience in fast-paced assembly environments

• Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Computer literacy for electronic transactions

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
