As an experienced Press Operator, you will set up and operate advanced multi-colour flexographic printing presses. You will maintain stringent quality standards while troubleshooting print issues and ensuring accurate production records. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and tear down presses according to specifications

• Monitor press performance and make necessary adjustments

• Conduct output inspections to ensure quality standards

• Package finished products and maintain an organized workspace

• Clean press components between jobs for optimal performance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years operating flexographic presses

• Proficient in color matching and quality control

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely as required
