This role entails evaluating and developing automotive manufacturing processes in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with various teams to promote continuous improvement, tackle process issues, and enhance production capabilities. Your hands-on expertise will be crucial in supporting effective manufacturing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize manufacturing processes in welding and assembly
• Create process documentation and instructions
• Assist in new product launches and tooling setup
• Lead root cause analysis and implement solutions
• Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams for improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with welding and tooling
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Insight into quality systems and lean practices
