Position: Experienced Mould Setup Technician Needed
Maximize production efficiency as a skilled Mould Setup Technician. This hands-on role requires setting up and adjusting injection molds in line with production needs and quality standards.

As a Mould Setup Technician, you will be installing and maintaining moulds on ton machines, including those from Nissei and Mitsubishi. Your responsibilities include connecting water lines, verifying equipment function, and ensuring parts meet quality assurance requirements. Expertise with materials like nylon and polypropylene will be vital in achieving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up moulds on advanced injection machines

• Utilize overhead cranes for hanging moulds safely

• Connect and test water lines for proper function

• Work with QA for first-off parts verification

• Change nozzle tips and start machines effectively

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in injection mould setup

• Ability to fine-tune processes for different materials

• Strong English communication skills required

• Availability for overtime including weekends

• Counterbalance Propane certification needed
