Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily plant activities, ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and foster continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and expertise in manufacturing processes to drive operational excellence and support company growth.


Responsibilitie

  • sManage overall plant operations, including production, quality control, safety, and maintenance
  • .Develop and implement process improvements utilizing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • .Oversee supply chain activities to ensure timely procurement of materials and efficient inventory management
  • .Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and MRP software to plan, schedule, and monitor production workflows
  • .Lead efforts in process optimization to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality
  • .Supervise and coordinate assembly operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures
  • .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes and support new product development
  • .Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing efficiency, quality metrics, and safety compliance
  • .Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning within the plant workforce

Require men

  • ts Proven experience in manufacturing management or plant supervision with a strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or similar platform
  • s.Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and oversee maintenance activitie
  • s.Expertise in process improvement techniques including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologie
  • s.Familiarity with supply chain management, MRP systems, and inventory control practice
  • s.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive operational excellenc
  • e.Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations within a manufacturing environmen
  • t.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across department
  • s.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal educatio
