Production Associate at Clutch

Clutch is seeking a Production Associate to streamline vehicle readiness before delivery in Mississauga. This role emphasizes attention to detail and efficient vehicle movement.
As a key member of Clutch’s production team, you will manage the final phase of vehicle preparation, ensuring each car meets the company's high standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities and teamwork skills, alongside a G2 driver’s license. Engage with various departments, from detailing to shipping, and play a crucial part in the fast-paced automotive production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vehicle movements from assembly to delivery staging

• Conduct thorough final inspections and pre-delivery prep

• Perform final detailing tasks for customer readiness

• Collaborate with shipping and production teams

• Support Parts, Mechanics, and other operational departments
Requirements:

• Post-secondary education is preferred

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Valid G2 Driver's License with a clean record required

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Availability for full-time work, including overtime
