Industrial Millwright / Mechanic (433A)

Compensation and Benefit

• $42–$47/hour based on experience
• Day shift with occasional weekends and overtime opportunities

• Keep high‑speed production equipment running safely and efficiently in a rapid‑paced manufacturing environment
• Install, repair and maintain industrial food production equipment
• Troubleshoot breakdowns on automated production lines
• Work on conveyors, pumps, mixers, grinders, slicers and packaging systems
• Diagnose mechanical issues and prevent repeat failures
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections

• 433A Industrial Millwright License required
• 3 to 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with conveyors, pumps and packaging equipment

High‑speed automated food production facility; cold and hot production areas; fast‑paced breakdown and maintenance environment; production‑driven with strict deadlines; hands‑on mechanical troubleshooting daily.
