Experienced CNC Programmer

As a CNC Programmer for the Electrical Wiring Systems Power Bus Way Team, you’ll have a hands-on role in programming various machines, including Amada Turret punches. With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for interpreting mechanical drawings, designing tools, and preparing detailed work instructions. Your skills in time management and attention to detail will be vital for the success of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program machines including Amada Turret punches

• Interpret mechanical design drawings and specifications

• Optimize tooling selections for cost-effective part manufacture

• Develop work instructions and set-up sheets

• Utilize software to improve run times and efficiency
Requirements:

• 3+ years of CNC programming in metal fabrication

• Proficiency in technical plan interpretation and manufacturing practices

• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Solid Works

• Strong mechanical aptitude and engineering background

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
