Experienced Production Supervisor

Legrand is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor in Mississauga, ON. You will manage production operations, ensuring targets are met while promoting safety and quality throughout.
As the Production Supervisor for the Power Bus Way Team, your role will encompass supervising employees, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. You will actively manage equipment maintenance and communicate production challenges to the team and management efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide shop floor personnel

• Enforce safety compliance among staff

• Oversee maintenance of production equipment

• Schedule work using ERP systems

• Provide technical guidance on welding activities
Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Proficient in steel and aluminum welding processes

• Experience with ERP systems preferred

• Ability to coach and develop team members
