Responsibilities
Material Handling & Operation:
Safely operate a Counterbalance (CB) Forklift to move, stack, and organize product throughout the facility.
Shipping & Receiving:
Efficiently load and unload trailers; wrap skids securely for transit.
Order Fulfillment:
Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Inventory Management:
Conduct inventory counts and handle stock rotation to maintain high levels of accuracy.
Documentation:
Perform order entry and maintain detailed records of incoming/outgoing shipments.
Maintenance:
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance repairs as needed to ensure operational safety.
Qualifications
Certification:
Valid Counterbalance (CB) Forklift certification is required.
Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling environment.
Technical
Skills:
Comfortable with order entry software and basic record-keeping.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks (wrapping, loading, packing).
Reliability:
Punctuality is a must for our 7:00 AM start time.
