TGM Injection Molding Technician

Position: TGM Injection Molding Technician Role
Become a part of Top Grade Molds (TGM) as an Injection Molding Technician, located in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on leading-edge mold processing and quality assurance tasks.

At TGM, you’ll join a dedicated team focused on crafting top-notch plastic injection molds. Your responsibilities will include operating testing machines, troubleshooting during mold assessments, and working closely with customers for technical support. A minimum of 5 years in injection molding and experience with HUSKY machines will be essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed mold component assembly and tolerance error checks

• Conduct rigorous testing of molds under various conditions

• Oversee the processing of molds per client specifications

• Troubleshoot and fit molds during production phases

• Compile quality assurance documentation for customer interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant injection molding experience

• Hands-on experience with mold testing and assembly

• Familiarity with HUSKY machines is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

• Strong English reading and communication skills
