Production Supervisor

Our busy manufacturing client is recruiting for a Production Supervisor. This is for the day shift with the flexibility to work an off shift when required.

As a member of the manufacturing team reporting to the Production Manager you will provide leadership and direction to employees ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are met in a safe production environment.

You will lead, coach and develop production employees, promote a safe manufacturing environment, coordinate daily production activities to meet targets, monitor workflow and staffing levels, work with maintenance, quality, purchasing and other departments to resolve issues and optimize production, and support continuous improvements that enhances safety, quality, and productivity.

You have a history of working in an ISO facility, and have worked within a collective bargaining agreement.

Experience with chemical production is an asset.
